No More Doggie Sex

As someone who has made the “slippery slope” argument on the implications of legalized gay marriage, it was refreshing to see my friend Dahlia pick it apart.

I’ve always made the distinction between polygamy and bestiality in this argument — informed consent is the crucial issue here, and your dog can’t tell you it wants to have sex with you — but I had not, until this article, heard any compelling case against polygamy with the assumption of legal gay marriage.

Incidentally, I support full state recognition of gay marriages.
